Attention Hyatt Valets

 

 

Due to the increase in GPS thefts and the approaching holiday season, we will be implementing some new procedures.

 

1.)                       Instruct all guests to remove all GPS units and any additional valuables from the vehicle. (This applies for both Overnight guests as well as Temporary Tickets.)

2.)                       If any guest declines to secure their valuables, the GPS units and other electronic devices must be locked in the glove box by the valet. (Electronic devices includes cell phones, PDA’s, Lap Tops ect)

3.)                       Location of Valuables must be written on damage check portion of the valet ticket and initialed by the employee.

These procedures are mandatory and are not negotiable.  All supervisors must do a minimum of two garage walkthroughs and re-secure any and all loose valuables in vehicles.  Our goal is to have an incident free holiday season.
